3. Do you charge for carriage/postage?
FREE next business day delivery-anywhere within Mainland Britain-on orders at or above £39.99 (excl. VAT). Free delivery excludes any purchases from Furniture Category.
· FREE two-day delivery for Northern Ireland orders at or above £39.99 (excl. VAT).
· £5.95 on all orders under £39.99 (excl. VAT). Any items from Furniture Category will carry a fixed £10.00+vat delivery charge.
· For next business day delivery, you must place your order before 4:00 PM.
· Orders received before 4pm Friday will be delivered on Mondays
We do not deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
Some items such as furniture, electrical or special orders may have a longer delivery lead-time. Please contact Customer Services prior to placing an order should you require more information on delivery.

How late can I place an order for next day delivery?
The latest time, to be safe, for next (working) day delivery is 16:00 (4pm) in the afternoon. 5pm is the cut-off time for telephone orders too. On the web site, orders placed up to 4:00PM will usually go out that night, though this is not guaranteed.
This always assumes that the product is in stock, and there is no problem with your payment. fridays are more problematic, and for safety, you should regard the 16:00 cut-off as absolute. And please remember, next working day is Monday.

5. Which credit/debit card do you accept?
When purchasing from our Web site, you can pay with the following:

6. Can I Pay by Cheque?
In short Yes. However paying by cheques will take considerably longer time for your goods to arrive. This is due to the time it takes to process the cheques by bank. We will require the payment before the goods are despatched to you. Please contact us prior to placing an order on 01924 455 556 or email us at cs@pennpaper.co.uk
We are exploring other methods of payment, specifically new payment systems geared totally towards the Internet, but there is nothing suitable and affordable in the UK yet.

7. What is your return''s policy?
We want our customers to be 100% SATISFIED with our service. We have ensured the Returns procedures free of charge and Hassle-free (note: our guarantee is extra to your statutory rights):
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. If the item is damaged in any way or you simply are not satisfied, e-mail or call us within 7 (seven) days of receipt and we will arrange for pick-up at NO CHARGE. You will also receive a full credit, exchange or refund - whichever you prefer.
If you have to ever return the items than please be advised that we request you a customer to return a product ''with'' the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. To make a return, please repackage the item appropriately if possible in the original packaging (including all manuals and component parts) and email us at cs@pennpaper.co.uk or call us on 01924 455 556 to arrange for pick-up. Returned products must be in an unused condition and as a customer you have to take extra duty of care for the products during the cancellation period.
***Please note there will be instances where warranties are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions. For e.g. If you purchase a Printer, and if that printer goes faulty within the warranty period, you will have to contact manufacturers direct. Pen & Paper can advise you on the procedure, but we are unable to carry out any warranty issues.

9. I am concerned about buying because of security/privacy issues
